Assisting the Cluster Country Manager in all business projects on the agenda;
Managing the messages and telephone calls of the Cluster Country Manager;
Creating and updating presentations and materials to support business activities;
Preparing different documents required by the business activity such as minutes, letters, memos etc;
Providing different types of reports as requested by the Cluster Country Manager;
Ensuring proper communication and cooperation with all staff members in the local organization as well as in the headquarter;
Organizing executive meetings and events;
Keeping a good follow-up system on incoming/ outgoing correspondence;
Getting involved in special projects and maintaining various situations and databases;
Managing travel and accommodation arrangements.
Previous experience in a similar position – at least two years;
Very good English commands, German/ French knowledge would be a plus;
Computer literacy (MS Office);
University degree;
Responsible, proactive, providing key organizational and inter-personal skills, efficient, providing initiative and anticipate issues;
Able to prioritize different tasks and comply with deadlines;
Excellent communication and organizing skills;
Self starter, problem solving oriented;
Flexible and ready to adapt to changing demands;
