- Coordinates and stimulates the team;
- Assists the Section Manager in the efficient running of the shop;
- Checks sales representatives’ activity;
- Identifies sales representatives’ problems in delivering the products and the service and supports them in solving the problems;
- Monitors daily shift sales and informs supervisor regularly;
- Verifies at the end of the shift if all existing tasks were solved;
- 1 year experience in a similar position;
- University degree is an advantage;
- Ability to coordinate and lead a team;
- Familiarity and knowledge in retail industry;
- Knowledge of and experience in providing world class customer service;
- Good English and computer skills;
- Solution oriented, team worker and flexible.
