- Receiving and distributing correspondence;
- Sending out faxes, e-mails;
- Booking and archiving documents;
- Verifying the correctness of some documents (e.g. invoices);
- Maintaining good relations with other departments;
- Elaboration of different documents on PC;
- Greeting people as they come into the office
- Administrative assistance to superior (prepare documents, reports if requested).
- Experience in a similar position is considered a plus
- PC knowledge: EXCEL; advanced level
- English language; advanced
