RESPONSABILITATI

• Maintains a close and highly responsive relationship to the day-to-day activities of the team.
• Manages and organizes administration work in the office.
• Arranges travel schedules and reservations.
• May issue information leaflets about the activities of the company.
• Prepares specific documents in line with the set procedures.
• Manage timesheets and relations with all the suppliers.
• Collect and organise all the documents for the accounting and personnel responsible.
• Prepare contracts, proposals and invoices for our clients.
• Prepare monthly reports for management regarding profit and loss, income.
• Manages day-to-day operational aspects of projects and scope.
• Ensures project documents are complete, current and stored appropriately.
• Updates date base and archives all the resume's.

CERINTE

• University degree
• 1+ years exposure and experience in a similar position
• Previous tracked (proven) experience in working in a multidisciplinary team
• Experience in projects coordination (principles, steps, instruments)
• The candidate must have knowledge about the problem solving techniques, conflict phases, personality types
• The ideal candidate is an individual who can work independently
• Able to thinking out of the box
• Sound ability to creatively solve problems at a rapid pace
• Self organized, used to work on agenda (prioritizing tasks, setting clear objectives, keeping track records of the projects / tasks, follow up deviations from plans)
• English – advanced level (ESENTIAL), German or other foreign language is a plus.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office advanced level (Excel, Word, Power Point) (ESSENTIAL)
