A very well known company in the construction sector is seeking for a dynamic Assistant Manager for the Administrating Manager of their offices in Bucharest.
As an experienced Assistant Manager you will ensure that the director has excellent administrative support, enabling him to focus on business development and high-level management issues. You will be an excellent organizer and communicator with a proactive and friendly attitude. You will have the multitasking ability and flexibility to work in this dynamic and ever-evolving environment, and will work well under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
Your responsibilities are:
Organizing correspondence and meetings;
Organizing and preparing documents;
Managing labor contracts;
Managing telephone calls;
Coordinating and booking travel arrangements;
Complete daily reports and protocol;
Other tasks assigned by the director;
We are looking for a person who has:
Bachelor’s degree or university graduate;
Advanced level of English and Italian languages;
Basic accountancy knowledge;
2 - 3 years experience as Assistant Manager or Office Manager;
Computer literacy: Microsoft Office Package, Internet and email;
Highly developed organizational skills;
Ability to work with tight deadlines;
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills;
Loyalty and a high level of confidentiality;
Time management abilities;
