RESPONSABILITATI

We are now searching an Executive Assistant to the General Manager of a very important law company:

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the General manager including dealing on a daily basis with the archive, mails, appointments;
• Act as an interface between GM and management team/employees/customers/business partners;
• Organize and run the office in a way that relieves manager from all on going administrative tasks;
• Organize GM’s agenda;
• Participate in and follow up various projects in collaboration with other departments;
• Prepare complex trips (travel arrangements & approvals, visas as necessary) for all employees;
• Organize internal/external meetings;
• Prepare various reports and presentations;
• Ensure proper delegation when GM is out of the office.

• Very good planning and organizing skills;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Problem solving approach;
• Ability to solve different situations;
• Autonomous, proactive, dynamic, good personal presentation and communication skills;
• Initiative and availability for flexible working hours;
• Ability to work in a team;
• Positive, open attitude and sense of humor;
• Fluency in English is a must; French, German knowledge would be an advantage;
• Very good computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is a must.
