On behalf of our client, a real estate multinational company, we are searching for an assistant manager.
Responsibilities:
- Prepares and keeps the agenda of the Department Manager;
- Schedules meetings;
- Organizes travel arrangements in the country and abroad;
- Creates and maintains various databases;
- Registers and distributes incoming/outgoing correspondence (mail, fax, etc.);
- Attends to meetings and prepares meeting reports;
- Keeps up to date the sales team regarding the real estate market in Romania;
- Support for the team.
- 1-2 experience in a similar position;
- University degree;
- Excellent written and oral communication skills;
- Excellent knowledge of English both write and speak;
- Good PC Knowledge, especially Ms Office (Word, Excel, Power Point);
- Focused on results; seeks efficiency and solves problems;
- Flexible, open to suggestions, positive thinking, well organized, sharp.
