What you should do:
- Work closely and report to the Company Management in Romania & UK
- Manage daily running of the office space
- Be proactive and give support to colleagues
- Maintain and follow up the suppliers contracts
- Prepare and manage internal documents, correspondence and reports
- Administrate HR and personnel documents and procedures in Tools used
- Assist with bank payments and reports
- Receive visitors and ensure business protocol
- Arrange travel logistic and company’s events
- Maintain close contact with the accounting dept.
- Basic budgeting and accounting reports
- Other administrative activities including Registration, Absent Management, Sickness
- Arrange procurement, tracking of IT Equipments and Administrative needs of the Team
Qualifications:
- University degree
- English – spoken and written – advanced level
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet Explorer etc.)
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Driving License B
