Responsibilities:
• Using a range of office software, including email, spreadsheets and databases;
• Invoicing and basic book keeping;
• Recording office expenditure and managing the budget;
• Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority;
• Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when
appropriate;
• Organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments;
• Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff;
• Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations;
• Creating and maintaining filing systems;
• Scheduling and attending meetings, creating agendas and taking minutes -
shorthand may be required;
• Letter writing.
Accounting Knowledge is a big plus!
Qualification:
Minimum bachelor degree in of the below fields;
• Business administration/business management;
• Human resource management;
• Public administration;
• Secretarial studies;
• Government or public administration;
• Law;
• Business with languages
Skills:
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills;
• Excellent word processing and IT skills, including knowledge of a range of software
packages (Microsoft Office Package);
• Good organizational and time management skills;
• Ability to research, digest, analyze and present material clearly and concisely;
• Honesty and reliability;
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing workloads;
Compensation will be based on the working experience, education level and relevant
certificates.
