Adecco Permanent Placement is looking for its client, a prestigious multinational company, for an Assistant Manager.
Responsibilities:
Administrative support for the General Manager (organization of business correspondence and planner, support for the flight& hotel reservations);
Deal with contractual correspondence, minutes and reports;
Provides the drafting documents/protocol correspondence;
Handle highly confidential documents and information;
Interface: coordinate between different departments/offices within the company as well as liaising with clients and other external counterparts;
Offer support to the management, preparing different documents/ reports and ensuring the delivery of different assigned tasks;
Occasionally public relations tasks
Min. 3 years experience in similar positions
Very good organization and prioritization skills
Reliable, open, very good communication skills
Good command of MS Office
English –advanced level
Capable to work independently and with tight deadlines
