RESPONSABILITATI

Offer support to top management, by making different documents/ reports and ensuring the delivery of different tasks allocated to the members of the risk department;
Manage different issues specific to risk department;
Manage general expenses of the department such as: protocol, business trips, stationary, etc.;
Manage mail based on assigned priorities by top management;
Manage phone calls and handles requests;
Make different documents according to the department’s particularities and domain, upon request;
Ensure an efficient organization of the department;
Welcome guests and partners;
Distribute internal procedures and documents;
Handle any other task related to your job.

Proficiency in MS Office.

Studies:

Minimum bachelor degree, preferably in the business/ economics field;



Foreign Languages:

French –advanced (speaking, listening and writing)
English –advanced (speaking, listening and writing)
