RESPONSABILITATI

Administrative support for Sales Department, Financial Department, Production Department (organize events, translations, presentation materials, purchase request etc).
Receives incoming mail: sorts and distributes; delivers mail and internal correspondence within the organization; collects outgoing mail or packages;
Answers telephone, screens calls, routes calls and provides caller with requested information; relays messages to appropriate staff members;
Processes and files internal and external documents; creates, updates and revises records or files;
Organize meetings, travel arrangements, events etc.
Responsible for the process of travel arrangements: accommodation, flight, train tickets and car rental and organize information about quote rates regarding her/his administrative, protocol and travel arrangements duties;
Manage the relationships with the company’s administrative services providers;
Responsible for auto park (leasing, consumptions, costs).
Elaborate the roadmaps and expense accounts
Primary Accounting
Identifies, maintains and develops the relationships with the suppliers: tourism agencies, hotels, stationary and couriers;
Manages office documents and supplies; responsible for ordering the needed protocol and stationary within the office;
Works closely with Senior Management and various interfaces in order to manage the activity of Executive Office Operations
Support and coordinate the successful delivery of multiple, simultaneous organizational projects


CERINTE

University degree
Previous experience in a similar administrative position (at least 2 years)
High degree of self-confidence and autonomy in a fast-paced and dynamic organization
Strong customer service orientation skills, positive and outgoing attitude
Solution-oriented and autonomous, highly motivation
Willingness to learn and constantly improve oneself
Customer-oriented attitude: commitment to answer requests and solve problems
Strong written and verbal communication in English (German will be definitely an additional asset)
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook)
