RESPONSABILITATI

 Ensure the transmission of documents by fax, e-mail;
 Answering and forwarding calls;
 Developing and drafting of the documents and statements required by management ;
 Providing administrative support to all departments of the company;
 Recording and distribution to compartments involved, filing and archiving mail and messages received from partners, customers and other employees ;
 Other specific activities.


CERINTE

 University degree;
 Good knowledge of English;
 PC skills;
 Very good communication skills (written and oral);
 Flexibility and ability to work under tight deadlines;
 Ability to interact effectively with all employees of the company, at each hierarchical level of organization in order to fulfill job duties;
 Customer orientation;
 Time management skills, ability to prioritize tasks.
