RESPONSABILITATI

- Supporting the management in their daily activities
- Planning and preparing conferences, meetings
- Planning, organizing and coordinating business trips
- Office Management and all other related duties, including editing and updating reports, preparing proposals, contracts, letters, faxes and memos
- Coordination of the interface with the departments, management of the interface with suppliers of logistical and administrative services
- Handling correspondence of all types (e-mail, fax etc.)
- Establishing and maintaining a strong and good relation with the clients and partners


CERINTE

- 2 years relevant working experience
- Excellent fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Computer literacy – MS Office
- Ability to manage more tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication and cooperation skills
- Ability to solve tasks rapidly and think solution oriented
- Enthusiasm, stress resistance and initiative
