• Performs primary accounting, payments and office accounting coordination under the supervision of the office managers.
• Performs primary administrative and secretarial support for assigned area(s) (translating, reporting, etc)
• Performs miscellaneous clerical duties like typing, processing of mail, maintaining internal telephone listings, answering telephones, taking messages and answering callers different questions, forwarding callers and visitors to appropriate department or staff person in a professional manner.
• Compiles various monthly, quarterly, semi-annual budget or business related reports as required
• Organizes and maintains files, documents and records for assigned area(s) as required
• Processes and distributes departments correspondence
• Assists assigned department(s) in the area of time management and travel planning
• Performs other related tasks as assigned
• A solid understanding of finance accounting principles, especially basic accounting (University degree in Economics is appreciated); not required licensed accountant capability;
• Experience in payroll calculation;
• Good knowledge of Romanian Labor Law, as well as pension, social insurance and salaries, legal provisions;
• Secretarial abilities, office administration capabilities;
• Good English language knowledge (both writing and conversation);
• Good computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint;
• Good organizational skills in relation with Bank, Authorities, Auditors;
• Good time management and organizational sense;
• Good individual and team communication;
• Good interpersonal skills: Easy to deal with; Open to feedback; Seeking to make progress
