RESPONSABILITATI

- The key purpose of the role is ensure that all Centralized ASP (Authorised Service Provider) operational and administrative processes deliver a benchmark level of service to new and existing ASPs. The role is key in ensuring that our ASPs perceive Xerox as easy to work with and responsive
- The role holder manages the delivery of the ASP Parts and consumables pricing via eSAP and is seen as an expert on Xerox parts and consumables classification, and ECG (European Channel Groups) / Logistics systems
- The role holder is responsible for the day to day management of the Centralized ASP Administration team, and the production of activity and service level reports from Xerox systems (eSAP, L@X)

Scope:

- The ASP Central Support Manager is responsible for liaising with IMO to ensure that ASP data is delivered in a timely manner to enable communication to the ASPs prior to product launch
- The ASP Central Support Manager will ensure that the ASP Cost estimation tools are delivered in a timely manner (at product launch) and effectively maintained
- The ASP Central Support Manager will review trends and buying patterns of our ASPs – identifying any pricing anomalies or unusual buying behaviors – by generating and distributing monthly reporting
- The ASP Central Support Manager working with the Central Administration team and ECG (European Channel Groups) Marketing, will deliver benchmark ASP documentation for communication of the ASP program operating processes and procedures, both internally and externally
- The ASP Central Support Manager is targeted to continually improve the partnership/relationship between Central and Country ASP teams - to drive continual improvement in process and understanding

Main Responsibilities:

- Manage the ASP discounting and pricing structure for parts and consumables structure within the eSAP environment – ensuring that correct pricing is delivered at Partner level
- Ensure that the ASP Cost estimation tools are delivered and maintained in a timely and effective manner
- Identify the strengths and weaknesses of our ASP processes and recommend process improvement actions
- Manage the Central ASP Administration team – setting priorities as required
- Work effectively with the Country based ASP managers to ensure Partners get the required information and support in a timely manner
- Produce the monthly specialized reports and distribute to the Country and Central management team
- Update and maintain ASP Program documentation
- Introduce technology driven communication to enhance service delivery Authorization of ASP credits


CERINTE

- Bachelor Degree
- Fluent in English
- Any additional language – Spanish / Italian or French – represent a real advantage
- In depth knowledge of CSO processes and systems
- A track record of working in Partner environments
- To have worked cross functionally in a management position
- An in depth knowledge of the market that ECG (European Channel Group) works in
