RESPONSABILITATI

The main duties of the role will include, but not be limited to:
- Provides formal communication (written and spoken -mainly in BULGARIAN but English language shall be used as well), ensuring that the highest service levels are maintained for our customers.
- Ensures that all telephones are answered promptly and enquiries and queries are dealt with in an efficient and professional manner, in line with CS SLAs.
- Ensures any verbal instruction from a customer is always, without fail, confirmed back to the customer in writing, thus ensuring our interpretation of those instructions is correct.
- Ensures all customers' correspondence, whether by e-mail, fax or post, are dealt with immediately and effectively in line with the internal standards.
- Makes sure any customer amendments are actioned. Be responsible for the timely resolution of all issues and corrections to ensure consistent and accurate manufacturing and delivery.
- Provides the needed support and translation for any new products development required by the customers administrated.
- Ensure any communication from Sales or Operations are transmitted immediately to the relevant people.
- Deals with and ensures all customer complaints are raised and completed in line with Company’s procedures.
- Liaising with all relevant departments to obtain the best production dates based on customer’s requirements
- Chases customer orders progressively through production, in order to meet customer’s required due date.
- Ensures that all correspondence is filed correctly, chronologically and with no omissions.
- Maintains a good standard of housekeeping of own workstation and the department as a whole at all times.
- Adheres to all health and safety procedures which apply within the department.
- Reports to the CS Department Supervisor.
- Degree in business or economics
- Extensive experience in customer service &/ or sales administration
- Customer focused, well organized, capable of versatility & adaptability
- Capable to work in multi cultural environment
- Working experience with ERP systems, especially in the order management field
- High level of computer literacy -MS-Office Suite
- Languages: Fluent in English and BULGARIAN; German language will be extremely appreciated
- Ability to work under pressure, manage large workloads and deal with challenges in a professional & calm manner.
- Good communication skills (both spoken and written)
- Good attention to detail, Problem solving and Project Management skills
