Ensure the transmission of documents by fax, e-mail;
Answering and forwarding calls;
Developing and drafting of the documents and statements required by management ;
Providing administrative support to all departments of the company;
Recording and distribution to compartments involved, filing and archiving mail and messages received from partners, customers and other employees ;
Other specific activities.
University degree;
Good knowledge of English;
PC skills;
Very good communication skills (written and oral);
Flexibility and ability to work under tight deadlines
Ability to interact effectively with all employees of the company, at each hierarchical level of organization in order to fulfill job duties;
Customer orientation;
Time management skills, ability to prioritize tasks.
