HR Performance is recruiting for one of its clients an experienced Art Director.
Job description:
- Manage and inspires the creative department
- Develops creative programs and design concepts that meet the business objectives of the organization
- Collaborates with different departments making sure all requests are handled in a timely manner.
- Performs DTP (print preparation) activities when necessary
Minimum 5 years experience in the online environment
Graphic design software -master in Photoshop, good in Illustrator and proficient in Flash and ActionScript 3
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
Ability to supervise, to include organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling work assignments
Pay attention to details
Work efficiently under pressure
