• Create and manage art documents defining direction and workflow;
• Manage a team of outsourced artists and ensure deliverables are on time;
• Maintain strong relationships and set product objectives with existing partners;
• Facilitate art content feedback between internal reviewers and outsource partners;
• Ensure that all assets created by the art team conform to the style and technical guidelines of the title;
• Participate in the searching and testing of 3rd party resources;
• Create, document, and communicate all project schedules to management;
• Perform appraisals, reviews and objective setting for the art teams.
• A broad understanding of contemporary processes, 2D pipelines, asset management and engine technology;
