- Responsible for revenue and DSO in the territory and/or the assigned customers.
- Management and development of customer base with responsibility for revenue and customer satisfaction.
o Develop relations with key decision makers within current customer base and prospects in the targeted industries.
o Build and maintain a network with influencers to assure sustainable growth in the territory.
o Negotiate total product and service offering with customer: product specifications, price, volume, payment terms, rebate schemes, delivery time, promotional support.
o Own the customer: co-ordinate the Technical, Marketing, Customer Service and other functions to optimize the impact on the end users.
o Providing customers with the adequate technical information and assistance.
o Provide input required for planning and forecasting.
o Handling complaints and claims in collaboration with Technology
- Provide market and competitive intelligence. Collecting and reporting competitive activities
- Gaining a better understanding of growth potential within Territory or Key Accounts and define in collaboration with the sales manager the sales strategy.
- Experience within the Industrial Coatings environment especially in Powder Coatings.
- Good commercial and basic technical background
- Fluency in English, German is a plus
- Proficiency in MS office application
- Flexibility and readiness to travel is a must.
- Result oriented, takes initiatives and ownership to drive business growth.
