RESPONSABILITATI

A major and fast expanding international company, operating all over world is looking for qualified candidates to fill the position of

AREA SALES MANAGER

with main responsibilities:

* managing the sales that are generated through the Dealer Network
* improving the performance of the specific Dealers, and thereby improve the business results of the Company
* using Channel Management tools and Sales tools to support and train the dealer's employees
* tracking overall sales, new product sales, aftermarket, and cross selling
* maintaining market share with existing accounts while maximizing profitability
* Proposing and supporting marketing approaches as i.e. product launches, press days, customer events, trade shows etc.


CERINTE

The candidate should meet the following minimum criteria:

* University degree (master degree is a plus)
* minimum 5 years relevant experience
* direct and indirect sales knowledge
* customer focus
* negotiation skills
* leadership abilities
* availability to travel for business purposes
