- Plan, organize and coordinate the dealers and own stores from the allocated area, in order to reach the targets and departmental goals, complying with Company’s policies and procedures;
- Analyze and evaluate the sales results and makes recommendations in order to consolidate the retail objectives in the allocated area;
- Monitor the market evolution & trends and make proposals for improvement/alignment to the market needs; keep informed the management about the findings;
- Plan and organize regular visits to the stores;
- Prepare sales reports or other reports related to the activity carried out;
- Business development the allocated area.
- Relevant experience in retail - 2 years;
- Good PC knowledge (MS Office, Internet, Outlook Express);
- Ability to communicate fluently in English;
- Driving license – B category;
- University degree (completed or underway);
- Very well organized; positive attitude and stress tolerance;
- Self management (goal setting, self confident, decision maker, success oriented);
- Customer oriented (strategic understanding, able to create opportunities and implement solutions, plan activities);
- Able to provide direction, implement and motivate teams;
- Excellent communications and persuasion skills.
