What is expected?
The main results of his/her performance:
• Developing and implementing of the sales plan, with own customers base and growing profit;
• Continues and active development of the customers base;
• Managing of the orders and inquiries
• Successful implementing and monitoring of the Group sales strategy
• Handling administrative and logistics tasks correctly and on time;
• Reporting properly and according the schedule;
• Adequate handling of situations alone;
• Correct and regular communication with the Company Management in English.


CERINTE

Requirements:
• University education, Technical or Business background preferred
• Experience in the field of electronics;
• Fluent English - written and spoken;
• Excellent Computer and internet literacy;
• Communication and organizational skills, self-initiative;
• Negotiations and sales skills;
• Good presentation and analytical skills;
• Positive, open and flexible individual with cultivated manners and appearance;
• Hard-working, highly motivated person, with ability to take decisions;
• Ability to initiate, organize, follow-through, and complete tasks alone;
• Entrepreneurial spirit, business sense and ability to discover and realize new market opportunities;
• Good understanding of local business environment, competitors and business niches;
• Willingness for a career in international and developing company with high professional standards;
• Driving license, ability to travel.
