RESPONSABILITATI

Responsible for the development and performance of sales activities on assigned markets. Establishes plans and strategies to maintain and expand the customer base matching the corporate growth plan in the area. Manage existing customers, distributor network, contractors and prospects through continuous visits and support. Maintains awareness, analyze market channels , recommends actions to existing product line and customers. Assist in developing sales and marketing programs including promotions, events and trade shows. Contributes to the development of training and educational programs for clients.
Responsibilities:
Manage and administer assigned sales activities by meeting and exceeding set sales quotas and ensuring customer satisfaction through sound and ethical selling practices.
Develop, maintain and service accounts in the area through frequent visits and after sales support recognizing trends as they develop.
Initiates and coordinates action plans to penetrate new markets by searching and developing effectively sales leads and prospects.
Prepare annual sales forecast and business plans for the assigned territories.
Analyze and recommend appropriate actions regarding new, existing, modified product lines and their potential market as related to present and new customers
Maintain complete awareness of and analyze markets, competitor activities and products, customer problems making appropriate recommendations as required
Assist in the development of sales and marketing programs, including pricing policies, promotions, events and trade shows.
Continually learning about new products and improving selling skills.
Provides timely feedback and reports to senior management regarding performance.
Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are applied within the assigned area.

Internal / External Cooperation
Maintains frequent contacts with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Insures to meet or exceed all activity standards for prospecting calls, appointments, presentations, proposals, closes and all involved after sales customer support.
Sets examples in areas of personal character, commitment, organizational and selling skills, and work habits.
Demonstrates ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees.


CERINTE

Bachelor s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in electrical/electronic engineering. At least 3-5 years of experience in sales management.
Proven ability to understand and sell complex products managing existing customers and prospects.
Strong relationship building and negotiation skills
Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
Proven leadership and ability to meet assigned targets.
Ability to network and team effectively both internally and externally .
Dynamic, competitive nature, self-driven to exceed established goals.
Excellent oral and written communications and presentation skills.
Mother tongue and good command of oral and written English.
