RESPONSABILITATI

- Specialty fertilizers for the horticultural market
- Segments: professional ornamentals, professional turf and professional fruits/vegetables
- Remark: the hobby (or consumer) business is not included in his/her activities as it is not handled by the company International BV.
Jos’s brief description:
- Develop sales of the company’s products in the territory of Romania
- Develop OHLSC and SpecAg segments in Romania
- Prepare and regularly update a comprehensive market description of his territory. Monitor and classify customers
- Manage and upgrade distribution system in cooperation with importers
- Coordinate and execute marketing activities in cooperation with importers and/or distributors.
- Annual sales plan for Romania
- Manage and support the existing company distributor by regular field visits to end-users, by technical advice and by executing marketing activities
- Search for new clients, both distributors and end-users
- Coordinate product developments and activities with the company Marketing Department in the Netherlands. Follow up field trials, demonstration trials
- Report line to Country Manager East Europe


CERINTE

- previous experience in sales (preferably in the agricultural field)
- management skills
- excellent sales skills
- ability to communicate and negotiate with customers
- results orientation
- fluency in English
- driving license
- very good basic PC skills
