Multinational holding is hiring for one of the group companies activating in construction material industry, an Area Sales Manager who has the following role:
- Participates in the preparation of strategic business plan;
- Leads, motivates and develops Sales Team (2-3 sales agents);
- Manages sales channels (through distributors to dealers or directly to dealers );
- Develops and applies strategies in order to generate the growth of sales volume;
- Develops business within the allocated area(Bucharest);
- Manages and develops the existing clients database;
- Reports to the Sales Director;
- Preferably University degree in, architecture, design;
- Min. 3 years experience on sales on construction and/or building materials is preferred;
- Management skills;
- Very good communication skills;
- Fluency in English;
- Proficient in PC- MS Office;
- Excellent business orientation skills;
- Good track record in managing relationship with customers;
- Outstanding negotiation and influencing capabilities;
- Serious persons, determined and ambitious;
