RESPONSABILITATI

The purpose of this role is to manage the sales force expansion in the market by providing sales leadership and to run the day to day business activities. In addition, the Area Sales Manager is responsible for the short and long-term market penetration objectives and serves as a strong liaison between the market and the Company. RESPONSIBILITIES Sales *To recruit, train and empower the Sales Force by following Tupperware recruiting guidelines. *To organize, attend and animate home parties following Tupperware business model.
*To organize regional weekly meetings, conferences and trainings. *To identify, develop and coach future Unit Managers. Marketing *To implement/execute marketing and promotional programs. *To maintain full knowledge of product line and applications. *To maintain timely, accurate communication with the Company.


CERINTE

PROFILE *Good organization skills. *Strong communicator. *Previous experience in a coordination & leadership role in direct selling is an advantaje, *Good education background and good English knowledge is an advantage.
