• Managing direct sales capacity plan in order to achieve the monthly, quarterly, annual sales plan
• Managing the Direct Sales teams in order to achieve 100% monthly/quarterly/annual targets.
• Achieving sales goals through effectively marketing bank products to targeted potential clients
• Developing a "code of customer interaction" for the direct sales channel
• Ensuring all customers are serviced in accordance with the "Code of Customer Interaction"
• Cooperating with the Service Quality Manager to identify process improvements
• Build new business through development of a base of prospective clients
• Maintaining an active calling program to ensure that we keep up to date with the clients’ developments and needs
• Maintain ongoing high level of due diligence to ensure that current clients and prospects meet all client suitability standards, including but not limited to, the Bank’s Know-your-Client (KYC) policy
• Adhere to all Bank policies and procedures in conducting day-to-day business
• University Degree
• Good knowledge of financial instruments and markets
• Good Knowledge of English
• Complete understanding and adherence to internal and external regulatory requirements in carrying out day-to-day tasks
• Strong sales and marketing abilities, with a minimum selling experience of 2 years
• Ability to demonstrate good time management skills
