RESPONSABILITATI

Implementation of sales strategies and policies
Ensure that sales strategy is implemented in the assigned area, according to the company's quality standards.
Develop and manage region profitability
Permanent control of execution level in the market
Makes all diligences for the constant development of his/her sales area and checks whether subordinates meet this job task
Ensures continuity of sales method and technique development and contributes to the transfer and implementation of the best practices in regions as well.
Sets meetings with the Sales Representatives from assigned area, to discuss the following agenda:
- Actual results against the plan;
- Sales representatives’ reports;
- Setting of objectives;
- Analysis of competitors’ activity
- Market particularities and trends
- Assessment of customers’ performance (weak points)

Our client is a multinational company acting in FMCG industry (commercializing products for new borns)

Experience:

Experience in leading sales: minimum 3 years - recommended in a FMCG multinational company, pharma background would be a plus

Skills:

Good knowledge of the English language, both spoken and written.
Good knowledge of PC operation
