RESPONSABILITATI

Coordinating the sales team, ensuring that the medical representatives are well trained, enabling further development and motivation to be able to meet the requirements of their job and achieve their objectives.
Provide support and permanently feedback to the sales team
Achieving constant sales targets for all advertised products and financial targets (sales, market share, profitability)
Responsible for developing and implementing sales tactics in line with the global and national strategy.
Implement sales and marketing strategy in order to achieve local sales targets across the promoted product portfolio and deliver the sales and MS objectives
Build and maintain productive relationships with KOLs
Pharmacovigilance-related activities, market and competition monitoring, build and update customers database


CERINTE

Mandatory: experience as sales manager in pharmaceutical industry
University degree: medicine, pharmacy
English; France will be an advantage
Knowledge about sales techniques, people & territory management
Ambitions and with initiative, team player, very good communicator
