RESPONSABILITATI

Responsibilities:
- Proposes and defines sales objectives in terms of volume, turnover, prices and distribution, in agreement with the Marketing Director
- Plans sales strategy implementation
- Ensures coordonation of the activity performed by the Sales Agents when implementing sales and distribution strategy
- Systematically verifies budget progress (focusing on sales, promotional and sales force costs)
- Guarantees clients’ development, coordonating sales agreements management
- Optimizes the sales force activities (area coverage – planning and trainning)


CERINTE

Desired Skills & Experience:
- Experience at least 7 years in FMCG, at least 4 years in a similar domain: sales of professional cosmetic products
- University degree
- Advanced business English knowledge
- Advanced PC Skills – Microsoft Office package
- Excellent interpersonal skills, planning, organizing and leading skills
- Driving license B and availability for business travel.
