Responsibilities:
• Responsible for opening and developing a network of offices, recruitment, training and motivation of sales personnel;
• Conduct day to day management of the newly set up regional offices;
• Conduct market research, organize and control the marketing activities in the entrusted area;
• Track and monitor the achievement of sales and collection goals in the assigned regional offices;
• Responsible for achieving the strategic objectives of the company in terms of profitability and efficiency.
Requirements:
• University degree;
• Experience in sales minimum 3 years;
• Experience in a non-bank financial institution would be a strong advantage;
• Strong communication, negotiation and leadership skills;
• Excellent computer skills;
• Good command of English (knowledge of Bulgarian would be considered an advantage);
• Clean driving license.
