• Coordinating the recovery activity (portfolios in insolvency);
• Analyzing every case and establishing the best solutions for the collection procedure to maximize the results and achieve the objectives;
• Understand the goals of the organization and develop a clear vision of exactly how operations will help achieve them;
• Play a significant role in long-term planning;
• Oversee overall financial management, planning, systems and controls;
• Make effective decisions that will not only help the company run smoothly but that also serve to prevent difficult situations in the future;
• 5 years’ experience in banking/legal ( judicial enforcements and debt recovery);
• Fluency in English is a must;
• Driving licence;
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written;
• Demonstrated leadership and vision in managing staff groups and major projects or initiatives;
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style;
• Ability to challenge and debate issues of importance to the organization;
• Ability to look at situations from several points of view;
