- Prepare the plans for the building and to realize the possible changes
- Approve and follow-up the interior fitting out into the rent spaces
- Consulting with the companies which execute the resistance projects, ventilation projects and also with the architecture offices which make the draft projects for our company
- Involvement in different promotional activities (banner conceive, posters and other graphics) into collaboration with the communication department
- Technical consulting for interested department, upon the case.
- Minimum 1 year experience;
- University degree, or student on the final year;
- Good knowledge of equipment and software used in the work process
- Good knowledge of urbanism;
- Fluency in English;
- Team player;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self initiative and capability to solve problems
