The Executive Search Division of Adecco Romania is looking for an AR Accountant for one of its partners, an important pharmaceutical company located in Bucharest
Job profile
Description: Performs WISA Sales (GTN) and Accounts Receivables accounting in Excel; Reconcile with SAP postings
Main Responsibilities:
• maintain up-to-date accounts receivable customer files and records
• maintain up-to-date sales by customers
• calculate gross to net adjustments and accruals (discounts, claw-back, etc.)
• reconcile Sales and A/R with WISA responsible,
• follow up on and allocate payments
• carry out reporting activities according to specific deadlines
• perform account reconciliations, investigate and resolve customer queries
• monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities
• generate age analysis
• review AR aging to ensure compliance
• communicate with customers via phone, email, mail or personally
• assist with month-end closing
• knowledge of accounts receivable accounting and sales recognition principles
• knowledge of bookkeeping procedures and general accounting principals
• proficient in relevant computer software: Excel, ppt
• knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements
• 2-3 years accounts receivable and/or general accounting experience
• Economics Degree, License Diploma
• SAP knowledge, Fluent in English
