• Acquire a full and overall understanding of the core banking application
• Ensure the Second Level Support for core banking application and satellite systems
• Give support for the applications developed by the IT department to the internal users
• Analyze problems in the core banking application (together with the users if necessary)
• Monitor system parameters
• Ensure the correct set up of the core banking application
• Coordinate and assist implementations (modifications or enhancements) to the core banking application with the appropriate vendor
• Make user trainings for IT related topics as requested by superiors
• Make proposals and find solutions to solve problems in the core banking application
• Take input from supervisor and appropriately and accurately applies comments/feedback
• Provide GoLive authorization
• At least University degree in a Computer Science, Telecommunications or other analytical University
• At least 2 years of previous experience in a similar position (AS400 application administration, system analyses, software development)
• Applications administration
• Programming skills (AS400 and PC) would be an asset.
• English language (fluent in both writing and speaking)
