RESPONSABILITATI

The Role

The job is based in Bucharest but will provide daily support concerning several global applications.


Main Responsibilities

· Provide an efficient and effective 3rd line support service on supported application. (This means consistent, useful advice and quick response time.)
· Keep accurate record of problems, to allow for accurate reporting and developing of knowledgebase.
· Identify issues which require escalation to the relevant party &escalate calls to next support level when required.
· Participate in the testing of new application releases.
· Draft working practices/guidance as a result of testing or issues reported to Service Desk.
· Day to day management of workload & prioritisation of daily tasks.


CERINTE

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

· Good understanding of RDBMS concepts (MS SQL), Microsoft IIS, .NET
· Experience in application 2nd level support in a multinational company is a plus
· Good written and spoken English
· Availability to travel abroad on the job (aprox.10% of time )
