RESPONSABILITATI

Applications support role in the IT Call Center Desk, in charge with the following main activities:
• Telephone Call Center for IT 1st level support inquiries;
• First entry point for resolution and dispatching incidents, problems and service requests raised through the available IT Service Management Software Tools;
• Remote assistance for end-users in areas related to IT applications 1st level support;
• Works closely with the second Level Support and with the IT Premises Support Desk providing fast escalation and analysis on crashes outside his scope;


CERINTE

• University Degree in Computer Science or related fields;
• Experience and substantial involvement with software applications support;
• Strong personality, able to work under pressure;
• Excellent applied banking software knowledge;
• Ability to work well with all levels of support teams;
• Willing to set a positive example and “can do” attitude;
• Open minded and motivated person;
• Excellent team work capabilities;
• Fluent in English (speaking & writing);
