IT Application Operations is responsible for keeping our enterprise applications functioning and administrating their features and functions. This involves support of the OS they run on and the services they interact with. The individual in this role must be able to work in many applications and languages with a strong sense of troubleshooting.
• 3-5+ years of experience in Windows system administration; Linux a plus
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Extensive experience with scripting – PowerShell, PHP & ASP; Perl, Python & Ruby a plus
• Experience administering and troubleshooting:
o Salesforce.com
o Cognos
o SharePoint
o Project Server
o Informatica
o Oracle ERP
• System integration preferably with Informatica & Power Center
• Basic SQL experience and PLSQL a plus
