RESPONSABILITATI

1. Direct management of applications systems, group and security policies development and enforcement, software updates & deployments, patch management for applications and databases in accordance with company policies
2. Quickly diagnosis and recovery of critical applications systems in case of failure
3. Implement best practices for administering the company’s applications systems
4. Provide account and relationship management to IT Software providers
5. Coordinates with the other IT Specialists in order to enhance the level of integration and user-friendliness for the Network Applications Services provided. In addition, this person will assist with future implementation/upgrade projects and training
6. Train support and offer technical advice and consultancy to users
7. Assist and support the IT Team in managing, monitoring, and maintaining all of the company’s database systems and network applications
8. Ensure reliable IT services. Quickly inform and collaborate with the direct-line manager in order to resolve unexpected technical matters/problems

Your applications systems management capability will be combined with good communication and team-orientation skills.

- A thorough understanding of Microsoft Windows environment;
- Strong experience with large Application projects implementation (ERP, Customer Care Systems, etc.);
- Charisma Enterprise experience is a plus;
- Significant technical contribution to complex object oriented software development including functional and design specifications, implementations, development testing and bug-fixing;
- Experience in reporting and data analysis activities;
- Basic knowledge of project management processes and lifecycle;
- Complex problem solving and decision making skills;
- Customer oriented attitude;
- Excellent troubleshooting and documentation skills;
- Responsible, flexible and adaptable personality;
- At least three years in the field of business critical applications management and troubleshooting.
