•Ensure first application level support for the Medical Information System
•Collecting and understanding business requirements
•Administration of the existing databases
•To design, develop and deliver quality software solutions as response to the business requirements (ad-hoc reports, queries, identifiable issues)
•Support the development process of the corporate software (according the company development methodology)
•Follow-up new requirements, testing and implementation of new releases of the system supporting the whole life cycle of the software development
•Prevent the utilization of the system out of the regular internal procedures
•Support end-user departments during the end-month closure process
•Provide the link between end-user, development team and any third party regarding software functionality, throughout the development lifecycle
•Allocation of work time: 50 % - ensuring application support for end-users, 30 % - testing and implementing the new releases of the Medical Information System, 20 % research and development regarding current processes / procedures
•Minimum 1 year experience in ensuring application support
•Previous experience working as an Analyst Programmer in a professional Microsoft Windows environment
•Expertise in working with Microsoft development tools (Visual Studio) and relational databases
•Strong MS SQL Server experience
•Flexible attitude, ability to perform under pressure
•A commitment to quality and a thorough approach to the work
•Ability to work well within a team
•Demonstrable evidence of analyzing complex business processes
•Demonstrable experience writing technical specifications for Information Systems
