To provide language customer support & transaction processing
To meet and exceed KPIs (AHT, quality, CSAT)
To follow processes and policies

To work with airline suppliers and partners in bringing satisfactory resolution to cases

Qualifications:

Excellent customer service skills
Fluent in English and language skills for market serviced
Excellent problem solving skills with attention to details
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Work Experience and Education Guidelines:

Prior Contact Center experience
Fluent in English plus German
Any knowledge of airline basic ticketing, ticket exchanges, ticket refunds and Airline initiated schedule changes a plus
Some prior customer service experience
Ability to handle difficult customer calls – these agents are talking to customers about airline flight cancellations or major schedule changes, so ability to handle delivery of “bad news” and work on resolving situation through options with the customer will be critical to their success.
