- Manage and develop sustainable supplier relationships locally;
- Identify the technical support required to deliver improved performance, monitor and report results of each program;
- Develop suppliers and local team capability (agronomy and supply co-ordination) to ensure each new program is implemented satisfactorily and is sustainable under local country control;
- Understand key cost drivers (today and in the future) to feed into the European sourcing strategy;
- Develop plans and use supplier input and ideas to grow the volume of domestic available raw materials, eliminate waste, lower input costs and improve productivity to deliver declining costs annually;
- Academic degree in Business Administration and/or Commercial;
- Strong business/commercial acumen;
- 3-5 years experience in a similar role and/or commercial environment, preferably in a multinational;
- Ability to ¿look at the other side¿;
- Affinity with Romanian Agricultural industry;
- Strong communication and influencing skills;
- Excellent negotiation skills;
- Very good planning and organising skills;
- Strong analytical skills;
- Excellent English knowledge;
- PC literate.
