Rider este o platformă online care ajută oamenii să ajungă de la o destinaţie la alta, uşor şi rapid de folosit. Rider, furnizează atât agenţiilor de turism cât şi persoanelor individuale un sistem de rezervări online pentru transferuri ce dispune de o înalta securitate şi calitate a serviciilor, totul în timp real.

Job: full time job – customer care

Responsabilitati:
• Mentine legatura cu clientii si preia comenzile transmise de acestia prin programme, email sau telefon.
• Verifica sistemul de gestiune integrat pentru colectarea de informatii referitoare la procesarea corecta a comenzilor sau la existenta lor.
• Introduce si proceseaza comenzile in sistemul integrat folosit de companie, cu acuratete.
• Creeaza documentele interne specifice inregistrarilor clientilor (liste de preturi, protocoale, oferte).
• Intelege si comunica clar si concis a detaliilor comenzii catre client si furnizor (client-informare asupra locului de intalnire pentru transfer, ora corecta,etc / pt furnizor- ora, detaliile clientului si locatie)
• Urmareste stadiul unei comenzi si informeaza agentii.
• Verifica date in sistem, genereaza si transmite rapoarte cu privire la comenzi. Foloseste bazele de date de raportare in acest scop.
• Inregistreaza si rezolva reclamatiile clientilor. Gaseste solutii alternative pentru rezolvarea reclamatiilor clientilor.
• Ofera informatii generale sau referitoare la produs atat clientilor externi cat si celor interni.
• Respecta toate procedurile si politicile companiei.


CERINTE

Cerinte:
- Limba engleza - nivel mediu
- Gandire logica
- Abilitati in intelegerea eficienta a cerintelor/taskurilor
- Atentie la detalii
- Comunicare eficienta
- Capacitate de adaptare la cerintele clientului.
- PC: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Outlook
