Responsabilitati:

- Introducerea in sistemul informatic a datelor specifice;
- Validarea datelor introduse in sistemul informatic;
- Expedierea catre clientii firmei a unor seturi de documente;
- Arhivarea documentelor;
- Furnizarea de informatii cu privire la serviciile companiei;


CERINTE

Cerinte:

- Studii medii sau superioare;
- Experienta in posturi care presupun relationarea cu clientii reprezinta avantaj;
- Cunostinte bune MS Office (Word, Excel), navigare internet;
- Bune abilitati de comunicare scrisa si verbala;
- Capacitate de asimilare rapida a cunostintelor si de a prioritiza;
- Atentie la detalii, abilitatea de a procesa informatii din tabele si rapoarte;
- Responsabilitate, initiativa;
- Abilitati de lucru in echipa;
