For our client, a leading international automotive company, we are looking for an Aftersales (Marketing) Specialist.
Responsibilities:
1. Product (P&A):
Tracking of product performance (mix, winners/losers) and development of product initiatives to maximize AGM;
Management of remain program processes;
Identification of local product opportunities. Development and implementation of local product programs;
Adaptation and implementation of central product programs.
2. Programs:
Adaptation of central marketing programs for P&A to local market conditions;
Development of local initiatives;
Sell-out programs (retail/trade/collision);
Product and service promotions;
Communication campaigns;
Coordination and support of programs implementation in the field;
Liaison with NV Marketing for joint programs (e.g. accessories);
Tracking of programs performance.
3. Marketing communications & Events:
Adaptation/development, production and distribution of POS material;
Management of Aftersales content on the internet;
Management of Aftersales CRM customer dialogue (incl. retail/trade/collision sell-out programs), development of Aftersales CRM content;
Production of merchandising material;
Product communication to retailers;
Communication of programs to customers (retailers, trade customers, fleet customers, etc.).
Organization of Aftersales presence in shows and exhibitions.
4. Field:
Support field force in program implementation and communication;
Participation in district meetings, Franchise Board meetings, etc. on as needed basis.
University degree and/or equivalent experience;
3-5 years experience in P&A business, after sales business, financial analysis of business performance;
Familiar with local legislation, market, tax and accounting activities;
Excellent commercial skills;
Marketing skills would be a plus;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Romanian;
MS Office ( excel, power point );
Excellent skills: communication, customer focus, strategic thinking and execution;
Commitment to diversity / Results orientation.
