RESPONSABILITATI

Participate in the operations of receipt/delivery of merchandise;
Offer support to Sales Executives and Head of Offices in preparing and during the delivery of large quantities of handsets;
Perform settings in order to implement the communication solutions offered by the Sales Executives and stipulated in the signed contracts;
Perform demonstration for Cosmote products and services; offer instructions to customers regarding the ways of using Cosmote products (before or after signing the contract) in order to increase the customer satisfaction; perform registration steps for access to e-bill service; perform terminal settings; facilitate the barring/unbarring of the postpaid SIM cards following customers’ requests for VPN services;
Replace and send the broken handsets from the customer to Service Department and maintain the contact with the Service Department and clients until the handsets are repaired;
Offer support to Sales Executives by providing information extracted from E-Pos, BSCS;
Offer support to Sales Executives by preparing documents for: SIM replacements, MSISDNs change, transfer of responsibility, annexes for new subscription on existing accounts.


CERINTE

At least 1 year work experience in telecom in Customer Care field;

High School graduate; University degree-economic represents an advantage;

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel);

Good command of English;

Driving license-B category;

Very good knowledge of the telecom products and services;

Excellent communication skills;

Planning, organizing and setting priorities skills;

Very good problem identification and solving skills, initiative;

Ability to work under pressure and to respect dead-lines.
