Manage both Nobel's in-house Affiliate Program and newly launched CJ Program
Identify and recruit high-potential affiliates
Negotiate custom terms with strategic, higher-volume affiliates
Develop affiliate tools and creative ads that maximize conversion
Educate affiliates about existing and upcoming promotions
Answer requests from affiliates and resolve their issues and questions
Contact and encourage certain affiliates whose sales have gone down to come back up and grow
Stay up to date with new tools, trends, and best practices in affiliate marketing
Become familiar with Nobel's product functionality through corporate training, product exploration and online documentation
1+ year of hands on experience managing online affiliate programs
Excellent English skills, both spoken and written
Knowledge of online analytics
Computer literacy, particularly MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint
