- Intocmirea si inregistrarea Contractelor Individuale de Munca si a actelor aditionale la Inspectoratul Teritorial de Munca;
- Mentinerea relatiei cu ITMB, ANOFM, ALOFM si cu alte autoritati publice;
- Gestionarea dosarelor de personal;
- Completarea si pastrarea Registrului General de Evidenta Salariati;
- Receptionarea, gestionarea si completarea carnetelor de munca conform legislatiei in vigoare;
- Evidenta contractelor de asigurari de sanatate ale salariatilor pe case de sanatate;
- Intocmirea si inregistrarea rapoartelor statistice lunare, trimestriale si anuale conform termenelor legale.
- Intocmirea documentatiei necesare pentru protectia si medicina muncii;
- Studii superioare;
- Atestat Inspector Resurse Umane;
- 5 ani experienta in administrarea de personal in companii cu mai mult de 300 de angajati;
- Cunostinte foarte bune de legislatia muncii;
- Cunoasterea proceselor de Resurse Umane;
- Limba Engleza - nivel avansat;
- Cunostinte operare PC nivel anvansat (Word, Excel, Power Point);
- Persoana orientata spre solutii, flexibila, organizata si analitica;
- Echipa tanara, motivata, promovare in functie de rezultate.
